About the Event

Join us for a seasonal winter immunity workshop featuring syrups, elixirs, and jellies. In this class we will explore winter immunity through the plant world, with a special focus on kitchen-centric ways to prepare one of the season’s most powerful allies - elderberry! We will also dive into other creative ways to prepare plant medicine featuring some seasonally relevant recipes. This class will include a demo on making elderberry syrup and tastings of tea and gummies. Everyone will go home with their own jar of syrup and an elderberry elixir kit to take home.
